The Bright Star Resort Diani Beach, Diani Beach

I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite booking a room in advance and paying for it, they didn't have a room available for me when I arrived. They tried to offer me an alternative accommodation, but I wasn't satisfied with it at all. The worst part was struggling to get my refund back; it’s been days and they’re still refusing. It seems like a complete scam to trick tourists into booking something they don’t actually have.

I had a terrible experience at this resort. I arrived with a confirmed booking, only to be told they had no room for me due to a name change and ongoing booking issues. They insisted on offering me a different place, which was also not satisfactory. I ended up spending hours trying to get a refund but to no avail. They continue to advertise rooms online even when they don't have any available, which feels very deceptive. I don't recommend this place at all.
